Solicitor Barry Waters of Australia; lying loser  

The Victoria Law Society presented Barry Waters with a law license in 1990.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Barry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in disgraceful and dishonorable conduct
• Provided false/misleading information to ethics investigators (Up yours, said Barry!)
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand plus a $1,500 fine.

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Barry practices with Waters and Company at 734 High Street in Epping, Victoria, Australia.
