• Failed to maintain reasonable standards of competence (idiot)
• Failed to properly supervise others in his office
• Proceeded with action w/o proper instructions from client
• Failed to abide by client instruction to remove him as plaintiff in pending matter
• Failed to advise client of liability for costs
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
