Attorney Daniel Moore of Jeffersonville, IN; cheating loser

The state of Indiana provided Daniel Edward Moore with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the John Marshall University Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Entered into a business transaction with a client
• Failed to advise client in writing of desirability of seeking outside counsel regarding involving himself in business transaction with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. October 2018) Danny practices with the Moore Law Office LLC in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
