Attorney Gary Cook of Peru, IN; ethical dwarf

The state of Indiana provided Gary Alan Cook with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Antioch Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to promptly comply with client requests for information
• Failed to explain matter to allow client to make informed decisions re: representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. May 2018) Gary practices with Cook’s Law Office at 16 East 5^th Street in Peru, Indiana.
