Attorney J. Michael Loomis of Ft. Wayne, IN; lying loser

The state of Indiana provided J. Michael Loomis with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Indiana Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Advertisement contained false, fraudulent, misleading claims
• Practiced under name that was misleading as to his identity
• Communication in advertisement contained unfair statement or claim
• Falsely claimed to be practicing under a trade name

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. October 2018) Mike practices with the Loomis Law Office at 951 Chestnut Hills Parkway in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
