Attorney Lon Bryan of Muncie, IN; thieving loser

The state of Indiana provided Von Dee Bryan with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Indiana Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Lon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Charlie!)
• Failed to consult with a client about the means of achieving an objective
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to promptly comply with client requests for information
• Failed to refund unearned advance fees (thief)
• Failed to return client file to client after termination

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Lon by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Lon.

As we speak (ca. November 2018) Lon practices with Bryan & Bryan at 318 North Walnut in Muncie, Indiana.
