Judge Timothy Bailey of Ft. Lauderdale; Certified Dumbo

The state of Florida presented Timothy Lawrence Bailey with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.

Prior to duping the voters into electing him as a Broward County Circuit Court judge, Timmy spent ten or more years as an assistant prosecutor and the balance practicing law. Put simply, Timmy wasn’t a distinguished and/or highly respected member of the bar in the greater Fort Lauderdale area.

It has been reported that of the thirty-seven (37) Broward County Circuit Court Judges, Timmy is the undisputed Heavyweight Champion Imbecile.

During 2016, Timmy proved his gross incompetence when the Fourth District Court of Appeals reversed his asinine rulings seventeen (17) times.

By comparison, Timmy was overturned 9 more times than former Judge Lynn Rosenthal, who resigned after being charged with Driving Under the Influence, and 10 more than former Judge Cynthia Imperato, who was forced to retire during disciplinary proceedings pending before the Florida Supreme Court.

What is extremely troubling is the fact that a judge in Florida or any other state cannot be removed from office by the Supreme Court for being a provable Imbecile. In truth, if every incompetent moron sitting on the bench was removed, at least 50% of the current judges throughout the country would be seeking new employment.

And lastly, the real losers here are Floridians who are forced to pay taxes for the costs of appeals and rehearing of cases involving his moronic decisions.

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Timmy the Dumbo continues to sit as a Broward County Circuit Court Judge in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
