The Lord Chancellor and Mrs. Justice Cheema-Grubb found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Conduct fell below standard expected of a magistrate
• Posted message on Facebook re: court case he adjudicated as magistrate

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Lord Chancellor and Justice Cheema-Grubb, both apologists for Magistrate Misfits, punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2018), Magistrate King continues to sit as a magistrate to the South-East Hampshire Local Justice Area in Portsmouth, United Kingdom.
