• Conduct fell below standard expected of a magistrate
• Failed to advise Chief judge of court proceedings involving close relative
• Failed to conduct herself in accordance with established court rules
• Failed to abide by the terms of her appointment as magistrate

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, Lord Chancellor and the Lord Chief Justice both apologists for Judicial Misfits, punished Patty by gifting her with a complimentary issuance of formal advice.
