The Lord Chancellor and the Lord Chief Justice and the Senior President of the Tribunals found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Conduct fell below standard expected of a magistrate
• Used inappropriate tone during court proceedings
• Used inappropriate language with party during a hearing

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, Lord Chancellor and the Senior President of the Tribunals both apologists for Judicial Misfits, punished Patty by gifting her with a complimentary issuance of formal advice.
