Attorney Jacqueline Moore of DC; slacker

The state of District of Columbia provided Jacqueline J. Moore with a law license in 1976.

The D.C. Court of Appeals found Jackie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, while serving as the court-appointed fiduciary for an adult ward of the Probate Division of the Superior Court, Jackie failed to file, for at least five years, the required inventory within the required time after her appointment and the required annual accounts with the probate court.

In addition, Jackie failed to file the necessary final account as required following her resignation as conservator appointed by the Superior Court.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the D.C. Court of Appeals punished Maria by gifting her with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Jackie practices at 7605 14th Street NW in Washington, DC.
