Attorney James Taglieri of DC; ethical gremlin

The state of District of Columbia provided James W. Taglieri with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from American University Law School.

The D.C. Court of Appeals found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide adequate notice of withdrawal to client
  • Failed to protect a client’s interests while retained to represent a client in a medical malpractice matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the D.C. Court of Appeals punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. May 2017), Jimmy practices with Cadeaux, Taglieri & Notarius PC at 1100 Connecticut Avenue NW in Washington, DC.
