Attorney R. Kenly Webster of DC; dwarf
The state of District of Columbia provided R. Kenly Webster with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from Catholic University Law School.
The D.C. Court of Appeals found Webster guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Webster failed to notify his clients of his firm’s intention to withdraw on the last business day before a scheduled hearing and did not take any steps to protect his clients’ interests at the hearing, such as seeking a continuance.
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the D.C. Court of Appeals punished Webster by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.
As we speak (ca. May 2017), Webster practices at 910 17th Street NW in Washington, DC. |
