Attorney Paul Bruzga of Dunbarton, NH; repeat offender

The state of New Hampshire provided Lenora Boehm with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of New Hampshire Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standardfound Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to keep separate disputed funds
  • Failed in fiduciary duty owed to client

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Paulie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously received a complimentary suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standard punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (March 2017), Kevin practices at 36 Twist Hill Road in Dunbarton, New Hampshire.
