Attorney Joseph A. Barrese of Westerly, R.I.; serial crook; degenerate liar

 
The Massachusetts Supreme Court made a monumental error in judgment when it presented Joseph A. Barrese with a law license in 1997.
 
In 2005 the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers of the Supreme Judicial Court (BBO) found Joey guilty of the following egregious misconduct:
  1. Forged clients’ name to settlement agreement
  2. Forged clients’ signature to settlement checks of $72,000, $2,500, $5,000 and $10,000
  3. Illegally converted client’s funds to his own personal use on numerous occasions
  4. Prepared false affidavits (perjury) on at least e occasions
  5. Repeatedly failed to inform client’s that their cases had been settled
There can be no dispute that Joey was a serial thief and inveterate liar (perjurer). Based on his egregious misconduct, the Bar Overseers and the Massachusetts Surpeme Court punished Joey by suspending his law license indefinitely.
 
Enablers for Attorney Misfits reinstate Joey’s Law License
 
Unbelievably the wimps, losers, enablers and apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Massachusetts Surpeme Court reinstated Joey’s law license in July 2010. Of course to be fair, maybe they felt obligated to so act in order to afford Joey the opportunity to earn a dishonest living as an attorney.
 
And lastly, why wasn’t Joey criminally charged with fraud, theft of client funds, forgery and attesting to false affidavits? Because Attorney Misfits in Massachusetts are held to a lower standard of conduct then we are.
 
As we speak (ca. June 2011) this certified loser is practicing law at 10 High Meadow Drive in Westerly, Rhode Island.
