Attorney Ross Heim of Kildeer, IL; sexually assaulted stepdaughter

The state of Illinois presented Ross Cornell Heim with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Syracuse University Law School.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Ross guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal conduct involving moral turpitude
• Engaged in conduct tending to bring counts/legal profession into disrepute (What’s new?)
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Engaged in conduct tending to defeat the administration of justice
• Pled guilty to aggravated sexual assault involving step daughter, a felony
• Knowingly touched the breast of stepdaughter for purpose of sexual gratification
• Intentionally touched stepdaughter after entering her bedroom and awakening her early for school

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Ross by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (February 2017), Ross practices with Ross C. Heim PC at 21334 West Cliffside Drive in Kildeer, Illinois.
