Attorney Linda Spak of Chicago; thieving loser

The state of Illinois presented Linda Lee Spak with a law license in 1982.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Linda guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a criminal act
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Retained $2,260 in cash from client settlement proceeds to pay medical bill
• Failed to pay client medical bill from settlement funds for over eight months
• Testimony before ethics investigators was deemed to be without merit

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Linda by gifting her with a complimentary 3-month suspension of her law license.  

As we speak (March 2017), Linda practices with the Law office of Linda Spak at 2241 West Howard Street in Chicago, Illinois.
