Today’s “Arrogant Hypocrite” Award Winner is N.J. Gov Chris Christie

Since his ascension to the throne Chris the Hypocrite has dedicated a great deal of his time spewing forth the need to get tough on state spending. In one instance he reduced funding by $500 million to the poorest schools in New Jersey, a decision that was soundly ruled unconstitutional by the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Arrogant Chris who relishes playing to a national audience has issued vetoes on state spending in amounts as low as $1,000 in his call for “shared sacrifice by all public employees.”

In an effort to forever cement his status as a big-mouth Arrogant Hypocrite, Chris found it acceptable to use a $12 million state-owned helicopter to attend his son’s baseball game on May 31, 2011. Arrogant Chris topped this off by having a state-funded limo transport him and his wife to the game after they landed in Montvale, New Jersey.

In demanding shared sacrifice by all public employees, Chris clearly excluded himself, right? Obviously, Arrogant Chris missed his calling as a standup comedian. Apparently Chris finds it acceptable when he’s pigging out at the public trough, right? Put simply, in Chris’s demented mind, what’s good for the goose (that’d be Chris) isn’t good for the Ganders (that’d be the state employees in Jersey).

The taxpayers should demand that Chris be made to immediately reimburse the state for the entire cost of his trip to watch his son play baseball.

Congrats Chris; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as a practicing arrogant hypocrite; you are far too humble.
