Solicitor Jane Steer of Denny, Scotland, lying loser

The Law Society presented Jane Elizabeth Steer with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from the Uiversity of Edinburgh Law School.

The Council of the Law Society of Scotland found Janie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Failed to act with trust and personal integrity
• Filed affidavit with court containing false/misleading information

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Scottish Discipline Tribunal punished Janie by gifting her with an order that she pay the costs of the disciplinary action.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Disciplinary Tribunal didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Janie.
