Solicitor Costa Placido of New South Wales; lying loser

The Law Society presented Costa Placido with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Costa guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Made false statement that he held $67,000 deposit in his trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Costa by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Costa practices at 24 Hubert Street in Fairfield, New South Wales.
