Solicitor Paul Cummins of New South Wales; ethical misfi

The Law Society presented Paul Bernard Cummins with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
  • Practicing contrary to the conditions of his Practicing Certificate

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $2,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. May 2017), Paulie practices with JP Miskell & Associates at 2 Beattie Street in Balmain, New South Wales.
