Solicitor Vittorio Cuoco of New South Wales; ethical misfit

The Law Society presented Vittorio Cuoco with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Vic guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
  • Wrongly certified that the transfer of property was signed by the complainant in his presence

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Vic by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $2,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Vic practices at 30 Market Street in Wollongong, New South Wales.
