Solicitor Ronald Davidson of New South Wales; ethical gremlin

The Law Society presented Ronald Davidson with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
  • Willful breach of the Legal Profession Act of 1987
  • Mishandled client trust funds
  • Failed to pay third parties in timely manner

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $20,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Ronnie practices with Paladin Law at 84 Princes Highway in Ulladulla, New South Wales.
