Attorney Thomas Farinella of New York City; cheating loser

The state of New York presented Thomas A. Farinella with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Washington DC Law School.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Make improper charges to a client’s credit card (cheater)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Tommy!)
• Neglected numerous client matters
• Failed to carry out contracts of employment
• Failed to return unearned fees (crook)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Departmental Disciplinary Committee punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Tommy practices with the Law Offices of Thomas A. Farinella at 260 Madison Avenue in New York, New York.
