Judge Tom Carney of Erie, PA; Jesse James Wannabee, moron  
Judge Tom Carney was successful in duping the voters in Erie, Pennsylvania into electing him to the bench in 2005.
Recently Tom pleaded guilty to a criminal charge of disorderly conduct and was fined $541. Tommy’s criminal conduct occurred while he was driving on Interstate 79 in Mercer County. Tom’s conduct began when the driver of another car did not leave the left lane when Tommy wanted to pass. The following then took place:
Jesse’s fast draw had the intended effect in that Baldelli immediately backed off and continued northward to Erie at a slower speed. Subsequently an ethics complaint was filed against Tommy with the Judicial Commission.

Tommy had the chutzpah to state that he “was concerned about the escalation of the incident and displayed the gun in an effort to diffuse the situation with the intention or hop that showing Baldelli the gun would result in Baldelli ‘backing off,” which it did.”
Pulling a gun on someone was for the purpose of “diffusing” the situation Tommy? Obviously Tommy missed his calling as a standup comedian.
As expected the enablers/apologists sitting on the New York Judicial Commission determined that Tommy’s criminal conduct did not rise to the level of “bringing the judiciary into disrepute.” Of course to be fair to the Commission members is it really possible for any New York jurist to engage in conduct that would bring the Judicial Industry into disrepute?
As we speak (May 2011) this certified loser remains on the bench. Take my advice and get the hell off the road if ya happen to see Jesse coming down the pike!
