Attorney Leta Schattauer of Seattle; ethical misfit

The state of Washington presented Leta Jeanne Schattauer with a law license in 1990.

The Washington State Bar found Leta guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to disclose material facts to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Leta by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Leta practices at 119 First Avenue South in Seattle, Washington.
