Attorney Carolyn Elsey of Tacoma, WA; lying loser

The state of Washington presented Carolyn Annette Elsey with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Carolyn guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a third party
• Negligent in filing of erroneous notice with trial court
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Carolyn by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
