Attorney Mark Mestel of Everett, WA; ethical misfit

The state of Washington presented Mark David Mestel with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mark engaged in conduct prohibiting lawyers from representing a client if the representation may be materially limited by the lawyer’s responsibilities to another client, unless the lawyer reasonably believes that the representation will not be adversely affected, and the client consents in writing after consultation.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Mark practices with Mark D. Mestel Inc. PS at 2707 Colby Avenue in Everett, Washington.
