Attorney David Krueger of Moore, OK; scammer

The state of Oklahoma presented David Allan Krueger with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Oklahoma Law School.

The District 1 Grievance Committee found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation in the preparation of, signing of, and filing of real estate documents.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 24-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dave.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Dave practices with the Krueger Law Firm PLLC at 1805 SW 30^th Street in Moore, Oklahoma.
