Judge Dean Fowler of Gilmer, TX; Muammar Gaddafi Wannabee, certified idiot  
Unfortunately for the good folks in Upshur County, Texas (115 miles east of Dallas), Dean Fowler has been sitting as the County judge since 2002.
As you’ll see below, the Dishonorable Dean Fowler has conducted himself in a manner that would make Muammar Gaddafi envious.
Recently, Judge Fowler was indicted by a grand jury and charged with official oppression and abuse of official capacity. The criminal charges against Il Duce stem from his ban on public comment, and for removing a man who placed duct ap over his mouth to protest Muammar’s unconstitutional conduct.
Put simply, Muammar treated the 1st Amendment with total contempt. Muammar is of the perverted opinion that he has the God-given authority to ban public comment. Muammar isn’t about to let some citizen, especially one who is paying his unearned salary comment on his despicable conduct.
After Muammar was indicted, he was placed on paid leave of absence (Jan 4, 2011) pending the outcome of his criminal conduct. Apparently, Muammar is paid about $65,000 for the worthless services he provides to the taxpayers of Upshur County. That means Muammar has stiffed the taxpayers to the tune of about $22,000 through May 16, 2010.
Hopefully, Muammar will be convicted and receive an appropriate prison sentence to be served at the Texas State Penitentiary at Huntsville. The sentencing judge should order that Muammar be housed in Cell No. 1456, which means he’ll be bunked up with Clarice (real name is Clarence).
