Attorney Charles Gardner of Blytheville, AR; slacker

The state of Arkansas presented Charles Jefferson Gardner with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to timely file client bankruptcy petition

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (February 2017), Charlie practices in Blytheville, Arkansas.
