Attorney Terry Jones of Jonesboro, AR; slacker

The state of Arkansas presented Terry Goodwin Jones with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Terry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to file timely file appellate brief on client’s behalf
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation owed under rules of a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (June 2017), Terry practices at 1403 Medallion Drive in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
