Attorney Thurman Ragar Jr. of Rudy, AR; moron

The state of Arkansas presented Thurman Arthur Ragar Jr. with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Thurman guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Thurman by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (July 2017), Thurman practices at 1008 Sugar Maple Bend in Rudy, Arkansas.
