The state of Arkansas presented Robert Neal Jeffrey with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation owed under rules of a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
