Attorney Sharon Soloway of Manassas, VA; idiot, slacker

The state of Virginia presented Sharon Beth Soloway with a law license in 1973 after she graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Sharon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to handle client funds properly
• Failed to carry out her contracts for employment
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Sharon!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Sharon by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 5-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Sharon.
