The state of Virginia presented Steven Mark Frei with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to attend promptly to client matter until completed
• Failed to abide by client decisions concerning representation objectives
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to furnish the client with her file upon request

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
