Attorney Stephanie Miller of Oklahoma City; scofflaw

The state of Oklahoma presented Stephanie Bradley Miller with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from Oklahoma City University Law School.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Stephanie guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while she was employed as an assistant prosecutor.

In one matter, Stephanie was involved in prosecuting a murder trial wherein she failed to disclose to the defense inconsistent information taken during her interview of an eyewitness. Said misconduct is a clear violation of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Brady v. Maryland, a fact well known to Stephanie the Scofflaw.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Stephanie by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Stephanie practices with the Wyatt Law Office at 501 North Walker Avenue in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
