Attorney G. B. Colvin III of Monticello, AR; idiot, serial offender

The state of Arkansas presented G. B. Colvin III with a law license in 1966.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Colvin guilty of the following misconduct.

Prior to the following misconduct, Colvin received three (3) complimentary cautions, five (5) complimentary reprimands and one (1) complimentary 6-month suspension for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Colvin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (February 2017), Colvin practices at 139 University Heights in Monticello, Arkansas.
