The state of Arkansas presented David W. Talley, Jr. with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Villanova University Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

Prior to the following misconduct, Dave received a complimentary caution for engaging in a variety of misconduct. 

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to promptly respond to client information requests
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Knowingly made false statement of material fact to a tribunal
