Justice of the Peace Adele Romagnoli of Barrie, CAN; imbecile  

A discipline panel of the Justices of the Peace Review Council found Adele guilty of the following misconduct.

Former Attorney General of Ontario Marion Boyd was duped into appointing Adele as a Justice of the Peace in 1992. Adele didn’t receive the appointment because she was the most qualified person in the greater Ontario area. She received it because she had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

FYI: Adele has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past twenty-eight (28) years. Apparently, no self-respecting owner of a retail store was about to offer Adele a good paying job.

It should be noted that this isn’t Romagnoli’s First bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary reprimand for acting in an incompetent manner and failing to follow the law. In fact, she admitted that she failed to “know’ and ‘apply” Canadian law while sitting in judgment of various individuals. Put simply, she admitted she was an ignoramus.

A provincial court judge was kept busy earlier this month hearing prosecution appeals of rulings by Romagnoli. At least three appeals were heard on Nov. 1, 2019 and each resulted in Romagnoli’s ruling being overturned. (Jacques Gallant, Legal Affairs Reporter, The Star)

One moronic move had to do with Romagnoli refusing to accept a joint submission in a traffic case, in which both sides proposed a $500 fine. She instead reduced the fine to $350.

Higher Courts have held that joint submissions should not be rejected unless they are contrary to the public interest or so egregious that they would harm the administration of justice, a fact that Romagnoli repeatedly thumbed her nose at. Put simply, Romagnoli told higher authorities “Up yours!”

As one would suspect, the higher court summarily overturned Romagnoli’s incompetent and improper ruling. Of course, she doesn’t much give a damn how many times her asinine rulings are overturned since she well knows that no judge in Canada has ever been removed for being a Serial Moron.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Romagnoli by the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Justices of the Peace Review Council punished Romagnoli by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

The most disturbing aspect of this matter is the fact that the taxpayers in Ontario are forced to pay this serial loser $132,374 a year.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Romagnoli continues to sit as an Ontario Justice of the Peace for the Central East Region in Barrie, Ontario, Canada.
