Attorney Ernest Witt of Ozark, AR; moron, serial offender

The state of Arkansas presented Ernest Wayne Witt with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Ernie guilty of the following misconduct.

Prior to the following misconduct, Ernie received two (3) complimentary cautions for engaging in a variety of misconduct. 

Ernie’s 3^rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Ernie by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

Ernie’s 4^th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Ernie by gifting him with a complimentary caution.
