Attorney Susan Jones of Pearcy, AR; slacker

The state of Arkansas presented Susan G. Jones with a law license in 1981 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas Little Rock Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Suzie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to promptly respond to client information requests

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Suzie by gifting her with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (February 2017), Suzie practices in Pearcy, Arkansas.
