Attorney Dennis Sbanotto of Ft. Smith, AR; slacker

The state of Arkansas presented Dennis Sbanotto with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Dennie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to promptly respond to client information requests
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation owed under rules of a tribunal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Dennie by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (February 2017), Dennie practices at 120 Belle Avenue in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
