Attorney John Davies of Salt Spring Island, CAN; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of British Columbia presented John Allan Davies with a law license in 1993.

The Law Society of British Columbia Disciplinary Committee found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to pay an account rendered by Terence Ison, a member, for which account he had guaranteed payment
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours said Johnny!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Johnny by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Johnny practices at 173 Whims Road in Salt Spring Island, British Columbia, Canada.
