Attorney Ida Escobedo-Betson of Aurora, CO; scamming liar

The state of Colorado provided Ida Escobedo-Betson with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Ida guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal

• Submitted false affidavit of asserting compliance requirements of court directive

• Knowingly disobeyed obligations under the rules of a tribunal

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Ida by gifting her with a complimentary 3-month suspension of her law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Colorado are held to a much lower standard of conduct than 
everyone else, Ida was never criminally charged with perjury.
