Attorney Robert Attig of Philadelphia, PA; lying loser

The state of Pennsylvania presented Robert Craig Attig with a law license in 1985.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to maintain records of all transactions with respect to [the] custodial property,
  • Failed to promptly deliver to the client or third person any property
  • Failed to maintain complete records of the receipt, maintenance and disposition of Rule 1.15 Funds and property shall be preserved for a period of five years after termination of the client-lawyer or Fiduciary relationship or after distribution or disposition of the property,
  • Failed to promptly render a full accounting regarding the property
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation
  • Knowingly made a materially false statement of fact

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him, with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective December 2, 2016.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Bobby will again practice at 2754 Beechwood Blvd in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania beginning in December 2, 2017.

CAUTION: Bobby is not covered by legal malpractice insurance
