Attorney Perry Flaugh of Bellwood, PA; ethical misfit

The state of Pennsylvania presented Perry Lynn Flaugh with a law license in 2005.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Perry guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Mishandled at least $1,000 of client funds entrusted to him
  • Abandoned clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Perry by gifting him, with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective August 2016.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Perry will again practice at 435 Main Street in Bellwood, Pennsylvania beginning in August 2017.
