Attorney Patricia Marshall of Clinton, TN; ethical misfit

 

The state of Tennessee provided Patricia Hess Marshall with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Represented a client in a matter in which she participated personally and substantially as a judge
  • Ordered by trial judge to report her actions to Board of Professional Responsibility and obtain an informal opinion
  • regarding a possible conflict of interest
  • Conduct led to court’s removal as counsel of record in the case

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Patty by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Patty practices at134 Autumn Drive in Clinton, Tennessee.
