Attorney Randy Rogers of Memphis, TN; potty mouth scofflaw

The state of Tennessee provided Randy George Rogers with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

• In anger threw his file on counsel table, made a hand gesture and uttered an expletive toward a judge 
• Found guilty of criminal contempt of court
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in criminal conduct that reflected adversely on honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Randy practices at 1426 Highway 30 East in Memphis, Tennessee.
