Attorney Timothy Wibking of Franklin, TN; criminal

The state of Tennessee provided Timothy John Wibking Jason Howard Arthur with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged with criminal misdemeanor
• Engaged in conduct that reflected adversely on honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Timmy practices at 2425Fochaven Drive in Franklin, Tennessee.
